Completed Project
Parc Woods @ Tengah
Parc Woods @ Tengah is a residential landscape development located within Singapore’s pioneering Forest Town, designed to create a nature-integrated living environment that promotes community wellbeing and environmental sustainability.
The project forms part of HDB’s long-term vision for Tengah, where housing is seamlessly integrated with parks, green corridors and pedestrian-friendly public spaces.
Project Overview.
The landscape design draws inspiration from a forest ecosystem, incorporating lush planting, nature-themed play environments, shaded communal gardens and interconnected green spaces that encourage outdoor recreation.
Landscaped courtyards, fitness areas, children’s playgrounds and gathering spaces provide residents with a diverse range of outdoor amenities while strengthening neighbourhood identity.
A key objective of the project is to support Tengah’s smart and sustainable urban planning framework. Climate-responsive planting, rainwater-sensitive landscape design and extensive tree planting contribute to biodiversity, improve thermal comfort and reduce the urban heat island effect. Pedestrian and cycling routes connect residents to nearby parks, the Forest Corridor, neighbourhood amenities and future MRT stations, encouraging active and low carbon mobility.
