Wave House forms one of the signature attractions within SEVEN Al Hamra (Exit-10), a landmark entertainment destination being developed by Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF). Located at the intersection of King Abdullah Road and the Eastern Ring Road in Riyadh, the project is a major component of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 programme, delivering a world-class leisure and entertainment destination for residents and visitors.

The public realm is conceived as an attraction in its own right, featuring interactive plazas, gathering spaces, shaded promenades, feature planting and contemporary landscape elements that encourage exploration, social interaction and year-round activity.

Wave House is envisioned as a dynamic leisure destination centred around surfing-inspired experiences, family entertainment, dining and lifestyle attractions.

The landscape strategy supports this vision through flexible event spaces, pedestrian-friendly circulation, integrated seating, climate-responsive planting, water features and high-quality urban furniture that enhance visitor comfort while reinforcing the project’s contemporary identity. Sustainability and user experience are fundamental to the design approach.
